What are the access hours?
You will not have direct access to your vehicle while it is in storage. However, you can request access with 24-hours' notice. Vehicles requested by 3 p.m. will be ready for pick up after 3 p.m. the following day. Though we will do our best to accommodate our tenants, vehicles requested after 3pm may not be ready for two days. We will contact you when your vehicle is available in the holding lot. You can pick up and drop off your vehicle any time during access hours 6 am to 10 pm.
How do I know where to park my vehicle?
When you arrive, you will park your vehicle in the holding lot. Once you confirm that you have dropped it off, our experienced valet technicians will move your boat or RV to the designated storage space. If you are storing a motorhome, you must leave a set of keys with us. Please put them in an envelope with your name on it and put it in the dropbox on the gray building opposite the Quonset.
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide great seasonal rates as well as flexible month-to-month lease options. Vehicles must be in working condition. Store your boat, RV, trailer, truck, motorcycle, or car with us short or long-term. Store any time of year!
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a MasterCard or Visa debit or credit card or by ACH. Setting up autopay is required when you rent an uncovered, canopy, or enclosed parking unit for your boat and RV storage.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. A copy of your current vehicle registration or a photo of your license plate is also required.
What happens if I'm late making a payment?
For month-to-month leases, your monthly rent is always due on the 1st of each month after your first month. We provide a five-day grace period before charging a late fee on the 6th, which is the greater or $20 or 20% of your monthly rate. When the late fee is applied, a wheel boot will be put on your vehicle and your unit and gate access will be revoked until your payment is received.
